Welcome to Evolution Cycle Studio
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Evolution Cycle Studio website, mobile app, memberships, class bookings, and studio services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
Memberships & Class Packages
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
Class packages expire on the date specified at the time of purchase.
Expired classes and memberships cannot be reinstated unless required by law.
Cancellations & Freezes
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing before your next billing date.
Memberships remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Members are eligible for one 30-day freeze per calendar year. Additional freezes may require supporting documentation and are granted at the studio’s discretion.
Reservations, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Members are responsible for canceling reserved classes within the required cancellation window.
Current studio policies include:
$5 Late Cancellation Fee
$10 No-Show Fee
Fees are subject to change with notice.
Payments
By purchasing a membership or class package, you authorize Evolution Cycle Studio to charge your payment method on file for:
Membership dues
Class package purchases
Retail purchases
Applicable cancellation or no-show fees
Outstanding account balances
Accounts with unpaid balances may have booking privileges suspended until payment is received.
Studio Policies
To help provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, members agree to:
Arrive early for class, especially for first-time riders.
Follow instructor directions at all times.
Treat staff and fellow members with courtesy and respect.
Use studio equipment responsibly.
Follow all posted studio policies and safety instructions.
Evolution Cycle Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for violations of studio policies or behavior that threatens the safety or experience of others.
Health & Safety
By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in indoor cycling and understand that exercise carries inherent risks.
If you have any medical concerns, you should consult your healthcare provider before participating.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and written materials are the property of Evolution Cycle Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
SMS Terms
By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages regarding:
Class reminders
Booking confirmations
Waitlist updates
Account notifications
Promotional offers
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any products or services.
Limitation of Liability
Evolution Cycle Studio is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses except where required by applicable law.
Participation in studio activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Evolution Cycle Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provided.
