LIABILITY WAIVER

Assumption of Risk
By participating in any class, event, personal training session, or other activity offered by Evolution Cycle Studio (“Studio”), I acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, heart-related conditions, and other injuries that may result from physical activity.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume all risks associated with my participation.
Health Certification
I certify that I am physically able to participate in indoor cycling and related fitness activities.
I understand it is my responsibility to consult with my physician before beginning any exercise program if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
I agree to immediately stop exercising and notify an instructor if I experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or any other unusual symptoms during class.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Evolution Cycle Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in studio activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Personal Responsibility
I agree to:
Follow all instructor directions.
Use equipment safely and as instructed.
Immediately report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions.
Respect all studio rules and policies.
I understand that failure to follow instructor guidance or studio policies may increase the risk of injury.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Evolution Cycle Studio staff to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so.
I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Photography & Media Release
I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during classes and studio events for promotional purposes, including social media, the Studio website, and marketing materials.
If I prefer not to appear in photos or videos, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the Studio in advance so reasonable accommodations can be made.
Personal Property
Evolution Cycle Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.
Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required waivers and consent forms before participating.
Agreement
By participating in classes, booking services through our website or mobile app, or signing any electronic waiver provided by Evolution Cycle Studio, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver.
I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
